Foam milling

With our 5-axis milling machines, we can make many different items in foam which are used primarily in cement and concrete casting. We make foam plugs for pipe casting and foam solutions for complicated foundation castings for wind turbine foundations. Our foam is used as formwork for casting and after the cement has hardened, our foam is blown away, so that only the desired cement forms remain.

We can draw and then mill very complex forms, but we can also receive files of the forms that either an architect or a design engineer have made and then let our CAM machining centre mill the form in foam.

There are countless options to make different kinds of special forms, and we do not have restrictions on forms that can be produced in foam, so if you face a challenge and forms you do not know how to handle, then our moulding foam solutions may be for you.
